Charles Harding
Owner/President
With more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the
construction industry, Charles has built a career rooted in
hard work. leadership and real-world problem solving.
Over the past six years, he has focused on managing and
developing a successful tiny house community, combining
his construction expertise with operational leadership and
community development experience. Known for his strong
work ethic, practical experience and commitment to
continuous growth, he brings decades of leadership and
project execution experience to every opportunity.
Tina Turner-Harding
VP
Tina brings more than 20 years of experience in
veterinary medicine along with a strong background in
operations, leadership and community management.
For the last five years, she has helped manage and grow
a thriving tiny house community while also serving as
Receptionist, Personal Assistant, Office Manager and
Vice President for Sun Beach Holdings.
After stepping away from veterinary work during her battle with
breast cancer, Tina shifted her focus toward scaling the
tiny house community and pursuing new opportunities
in multifamily real estate through REI Accelerator. Her
resilience, organizational leadership, and passion for
growth continue to drive her forward in both business
and life.
